<p><em><strong>While the staff is there is unbelievably supportive, I must say that is  up to you to utilize them and push yourself to your desired goals.   After the completion of two months, I was surprised at how good I felt,  how much more energy I had, and as a bonus I dropped 13 pounds.  This  was due to the constant support of the Trinity staff, and the comfort  you feel in such small class sizes.  Never once did I feel out of place  or intimidated by other members of the class.  This is an amazing  exercise program, and I feel great being able to say I was a part of it.  -  Ethan K.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>My girlfriend had been going to Boot Camp for a couple of months and  wanted me to try it. One trial class later and I knew I&#8217;d be back.   After a couple of months of Boot Camp, I&#8217;d gained about 10lbs of  muscle, and my core strength and overall conditioning was better than  it&#8217;s ever been. I&#8217;m still doing Boot Camp today and can&#8217;t see ever going  back to boring gym workouts on my own. I would definitely recommend  Boot Camp to friends.   -   Mark S.<br />
